Calling a potato peddler “Taters,” though offensive and causing irritation, is not use of “profane, violent, abusive or insulting language *** in its common acceptation, calculated to arouse to anger *** or to cause a breach of the peace,” prohibited by Kirby’s Dig. § 1648.
