Antitrust exemption continued to be applicable to professional baseball, since, following establishment of exemption by Supreme Court, Congress consistently failed to eliminate exemption despite Court’s invitations to do so in Federal Baseball Club of Baltimore, Inc. v. National League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Toolson v. New York Yankees, Inc., and Flood v. Kuhn.
